5/8/09 - EMWeb research and parts ordering is now
readily available to our customers. To get and EMWeb account, click the
'(No AIS EMWeb Account?)' button to the right, or click the parts button to
the left. Current customers who know their customer number can instantaneously
create an account. Otherwise, if you are a new customer, you can fill out a form
to request your very own AIS Customer Account to start.
3/12/09 - Our manufacturers page now reflects
an up to date list of the brands that we provide
service and parts for. (Note: some brands might be excluded)
3/5/09 - You can now place a service call online and stay
updated by choosing to receive call status e-mails directly from
service central. For more convenience, service central now
remembers you for the next time you visit and wish to check
the status of your service request.
